Own Flare's subscription and coin economy. You'll design experiments, analyse conversion funnels, and build a premium experience worth paying for.

Turn raw Supabase data into actionable product insights. Build dashboards, run cohort analyses, and partner with PMs to drive data-informed decisions.

Own end-to-end design for key product surfaces — from discovery flows to premium upgrade experiences. You'll work in Figma and collaborate directly with engineers.

Define and evolve the Flare visual identity across digital and physical touchpoints. Create motion systems, brand assets, and campaign visuals that feel genuinely luxurious.

Run qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand our members. You'll translate insights into design principles that shape the product roadmap.

Lead Flare's global expansion strategy across paid, organic, and partnership channels. You'll own CAC, LTV, and retention metrics across all markets.

Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and influencer channels. You'll be obsessed with ROAS and creative testing at scale.

Build Flare's presence in key cities through partnerships, events, and concierge relationships. You'll be the face of Flare in your market.

Build Flare's organic content engine — from SEO-optimised editorial to social content. You'll drive top-of-funnel awareness for a luxury audience.

Review member profiles, investigate reports, and enforce Flare's community standards. You'll protect the integrity of our platform and the safety of every member.

Own the concierge-level support experience for Flare members. You'll handle escalations, build support playbooks, and set the tone for world-class member care.

Lead ground-up launches of Flare in new markets — from seeding the member base to orchestrating local events and press. You'll be our boots on the ground.

Support the founding team with scheduling, research, communications, and strategic priorities. You'll be the operational backbone of Flare's leadership.
