• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Virtual gifts have no real-world value

You retain rights to your content but grant us license to use it for service operation. We own all rights to the Flare platform, including trademarks, logos, and software.

We provide tools to report inappropriate behavior. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, you use the service at your own risk and should exercise caution when meeting people.

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harmful behavior toward other users
• Extended inactivity

Flare is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee:

• That you will find matches or relationships
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy of user profiles
• The behavior of other users
