The Short Version
You must be 18+
Flare is strictly for adults. Age is verified during onboarding. Underage accounts are deleted immediately.
Be real, be respectful
No fake profiles, harassment, solicitation, or fraud. Violations result in permanent termination without refund.
Subscriptions auto-renew
Cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged. Coin purchases are non-refundable.
By accessing or using Flare ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexgen Consulting U.K. ("Flare", "we", "us", "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
By creating an account, you confirm that: — You are at least 18 years of age. — You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. — You are not prohibited from using the Platform under the laws of your jurisdiction. — All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
